Sleeping is Healthy

How much sleep do you get a night? Common sense tells us that not enough sleep leaves us tired and ill the next day. Do you think you can operate efficiently if you're tired? Your metabolism slows down. Sleep affects everything. You definitely don't feel like exercising if you haven't gotten enough rest.

We spend a lot of time in our bedrooms. It just makes sense that our bedrooms should be the most comfortable rooms in our houses. I know mine is. I have it designed just the way I like it.
