Acne Complex

One thing that can be deflating to anyone's self-esteem is acne. It should not be, but, many times it is. Believe me; I went through it. Nothing seemed to help. I tried everything.

A friend of mine has had acne all of his life, and he also tried everything. Unlike me, he didn't just grow out of it. No matter what I said, his acne embarrassed him. He had a terrible acne complex. Finally he discovered a product that completely eliminated his acne.

As my friend will attest, Murad Acne, with its 90% success rate, is one of the best products on the market. I would highly suggest that, if you're struggling with acne, you try Murad Acne Complex. For only $30, you could be acne free in 4 weeks.

Aquatic Therapy

My mother has so many problems with her legs and feet. There were days when she could hardly stand, because her feet would be so swollen. She has consulted a doctor, who discovered a blood clot. After clearing the clot, he suggested Aquatic therapy. After researching this, I have decided that this is incredibly effective. It has worked miracles for my mother. Soon after the doctor suggested this therapy to her, she joined a fitness center with an indoor pool. Every morning, she goes to the gym for her aquatic therapy. You can actually see a difference if she misses a few days in a row.

If you are recovering from some kind of leg injury or surgery, you should really look in to this. There are actually pools you can buy specifically for therapy. You can look at different types of hydrotherapy pools at hydroworx.com. I can definitely tell you from experience that this therapy works. First of all, it is very low impact; so it does not hurt your feet, knees or hips. It also can be fun and relaxing. Instead of going to regular therapy, you can just take a trip to the swim spa. Swimming is also great exercise, cardio and fitness.

Aquatic therapy is actually becoming more popular. I know so many young people who view this is a type of therapy for older people, but that is a complete misconception. I have some knee problem myself, and I can tell you that this helps. If you're suffering from any type of leg or feet problems, you should research aquatic therapy.

Gangs

Many of you may not know, but gang violence in Macon, GA is increasing rapidly. In fact, it is probably the most violent city in Georgia. I live about 60 miles east of Macon. With the bad economy and Christmas this close, the crime rate is increasing even more. There are so many people moving to Warner Robins, GA just to escape the violence.

I always been taught that fighting is a last resort, and I still believe that today; however, this is a bad time right now. I know three people whose houses have been broken into in the past month. Last week I took a safety and security class. It was amazing to learn all the different things about gangs and the way they interact and mark themselves. It did not frighten me into a hole, but it did make me more aware of how bad things are getting and can become.

I own three guns; a 22/250, 22, and a 12 guage, but I do not own a hand gun. I always kind of wanted one. I have actually considered getting my license and buying a hand gun. Does anyone have an opinion. I mean, I may not ever use it, but It may one day save my life. I have talked to a few of my friend and cops, and they gave me mixed opinions.

Believe me, I have done my research, and I am leaning toward going ahead and buying a handgun and getting my carrying license. Honestly, knowing me, I will never use it, but I will feel safer. Besides, I have been looking at some guns and some really cool holsters, and it has gotten me siked. I know I would not carry it on my side. You guys should check out lapolicegear.com. This site really has some jam up, cool stuff.

Need advise

I stay awake half the night. It's been like this for nearly a year. I have a deviated septum, but it's gotten worse the past year. The Dr. has told me before that the only thing he can do to correct the problem is surgery. I've heard mixed stories about this surgery. I've decided to have it, but I was hoping someone who has had it would let me know how their's turned out. The bottom line is, though, I can't keep not sleeping like I'm doing now. It makes for a miserable day.

Vinyl Shutters

My cousin and her husband are building a new house. They have it for the most part dried in. It has hardie plank siding colored with a natural wood stain. The shingles are a good grade and have a greenish tint to them. They are trying to decide on what type of vinyl shutters to use. I found Larson's ExteriorShutterSource online. They offer premium quality wood, composite, and vinyl shutters in a variety of colors, sizes, and styles. The website is very user friendly, and you can order online and get free shipping so you are just as well off ordering online as going to your local building supply store. I am going to suggest my cousin take a look at this site. If I were her, I would go with the dura-vinyl framed board-n-batten style shutter in a pine green color. I think this style shutter would like good with their siding and shingles. If you are building a new home, I suggest you check out Larson's ExteriorShutterSource for all your vinyl shutters needs.

Healthy Lasagna

I found this healthy lasagna recipe on Meals Matter and thought I would share it with you.

Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients
12 Whole-wheat lasagna noodles

1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil

3 cloves Garlic, minced

1 14-ounce Package extra-firm water-packed tofu, drained, rinsed and crumbled

3 cups Chopped spinach

1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Finely chopped Kalamata olives

1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 25-ounce Jar marinara sauce, preferably lower-sodium, divided

1/2 cup Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse, return to the pot and cover with cold water until ready to use.

2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 20 seconds. Add tofu and spinach and cook, stirring often, until the spinach wilts and the mixture is heated through, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; stir in Parmesan, olives, crushed red pepper, salt and 2/3 cup marinara sauce.

3. Wipe out the pan and spread 1 cup of the remaining marinara sauce in the bottom. To make lasagna rolls, place a noodle on a work surface and spread 1/4 cup of the tofu filling along it. Roll up and place the roll, seam-side down, in the pan. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling. (The tofu rolls will be tightly packed in the pan.) Spoon the remaining marinara sauce over the rolls.

4. Place the pan over high heat, cover and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium; let simmer for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the rolls with mozzarella and cook, covered, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are heated through, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Gift Card

Many times I just have no idea what to give someone for Christmas. In these instances I usually give gift cards. However, this gift is a little impersonal and bland. Now I have found the GiftCardLab which allows you to upload pictures, art, or graphics to design your very own personalized custom made Visa gift cards that can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. So now giving gift cards can be fun and not seem like an afterthought.

Health Maven

I am please to announce that the Weight Master website has been accepted into the new Health Maven program. I have attached a copy of a press release detailing the Health Maven program.

Recession Special: Free answers from doctors and expert patients who truly care
Wellsphere’s Health Mavens provide free answers to millions of health seekers

In these difficult economic times, it’s comforting to know there are medical and patient experts out there who care enough to answer health questions online for free. Dr. Geoff Rutledge, MD PhD, Wellsphere’s Chief Medical Information Officer, told reporters today about the new Health Maven Program, which connects volunteer doctors, psychologists, nurses, personal trainers, expert-patients and other experts with health seekers who are looking for answers. Anyone with access to the Internet can get their health questions and concerns answered quickly and at no cost at Wellsphere's Health Maven.

Health mavens are carefully selected, knowledgeable, health experts who are committed to helping others live healthier, happier lives. Hundreds of Health Mavens have volunteered to join the program and answer questions, with new Mavens signing up every day. “We’re witnessing an incredible growth in the number of people using the Internet to find health information” said Wellsphere’s CEO Ron Gutman. According to an iCrossing research repot, for the first time in history people with health questions are more likely to turn to the Web for answers than to their doctor. “Recognizing this trend among our users, we assembled the world’s leading network of over 1,800 medical and patient experts to share their experiences and expertise with Wellsphere.com’s almost 3 million monthly visitors. We are humbled by the experience, expertise and genuine care these wonderful individuals share every day with people who come to Wellsphere looking for answers” said Gutman.

In addition to providing a wonderful service to people seeking answers to their health questions, the Health Maven program allows participating medical professionals and patient experts to broaden their impact by sharing their experiences and expertise with a much wider audience, and to get the recognition they deserve. Here are a few of their comments:

"Being a Health Maven gives me the opportunity to interact directly with the Wellsphere community. It's been a lot of fun and professionally it's incredibly rewarding." - Melissa McCreery, PhD

"Wellsphere has taken caring to a new level and I'm glad to be a part of it," - Kathleen Blanchard, RN

"I enjoy being a maven - it seems that doling out advice and answering questions seems to be my calling in life." - Lynn Dorman, PhD

Rehab

I have a friend that has a family member that has a problem with drug addiction. He overdosed a few weeks ago and she had to leave work to check on him at the hospital. They had to pump his stomach among other things. Lately she has been looking for an effective drug rehab center to enroll him in. He has been to one before but he returned to his old problem. My friend was looking on the internet for information on different centers and come across the Narconon Drug Rehab Program website. She was very impressed. The program has one of the highest success rates, 76%, in the country. They use an all natural approach to treat addiction. The program uses vitamins, minerals, exercise, and education to detox and rehabilitate the patients. The Narconon Drug Rehab Program is run by people that were once addicts themselves so they understand what the patients are going through. The Narconon program has centers throughout the United States and even has many international centers in many countries throughout the world. She is still trying to convince her family to use Narconon Drug Rehab Program, but I just hope he gets the help that he needs wherever he goes. I'll be praying for him, and I hope you will too.

SEC Championship Game

My brother and I went to the SEC Championship Game yesterday. We had a great time. We just wish Alabama could have pulled out a victory. But it was a close and good game and the atmosphere was electric.

Lung Cancer

I have a cousin dying of lung cancer. She has been a heavy smoker most of her life. She has had chemotherapy twice and has elected to not take anymore. So unless the Lord heals her, the doctors do not give her any hope. Please keep her in your prayers. Because of her sickness, I have done some research of my own about lung cancer.

Lung cancer is the most deadly form of cancer in men and women and is most often associated with smoking. Although many times those in early stages do not exhibit symptoms, lung cancer symptoms include a cough or chest pain that doesn't go away, a wheezing breath, shortness of breath, coughing up blood, hoarseness, and swelling in the face and neck. Lung cancer diagnosis can be done with CT scans of the chest and biopsies of the lung. After diagnosis there are a number of lung cancer treatments depending on the patient's unique situation. If the cancer is in the early stages and has not spread to other parts of the body lung cancer surgery to remove the tumor and the parts of the lung affected by the cancer may be all required. If the cancer has spread chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy may be recommended. While other times both surgery and therapy may be recommended.

I found most of this good information at the website for the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center website. If you know someone suffering from this disease or other types of cancer, I suggest you reference this site for much easy to understand information.

Male Grooming

Many times, when we think of Health and Beauty products we automatically think of women's products. However, men have needs for these type of products as well especially when it comes to grooming. It is important for men to develop good grooming habits that consistently represent themselves the way they want to appear. Shopwiki has guides that offer advice and tips and product reviews in different areas of men's grooming. Shaving is probably the first thing you think of when thinking about male grooming. Whether you want to be clean shaven or have a neatly trimmed beard it is important to have the correct shaving products. Hair care is another area that is most often linked to women, but guys you should keep that hair neat, trimmed, and in order to present a consistent look. Finally, you do not only want to look good but smell good as well. However, men's noses are not as sensitive as women's and it is easy to over do it with after shave or cologne. Understated is the key when using scents. Hope these simple grooming tips and Shopwiki help you become the slick, well groomed, man-about-town that you want to be.

Thanksgiving's over,...Christmas???

Like it or not, another year is almost over; Christmas is here. Last night I was talking to a friend, and I told him that everytime I thought I had all the Christmas presents bought, I remembered another one I had to buy. I just can not seem to get everything together.

I have to buy some more toys for my cousins; however, everything that they want is so expensive. My 12 year old cousins wants a nintendo wii. Ridiculous, right? Well, great gifts and cheap toys can be found at savebuckets.co.uk.

So if you need gift ideas, you should check savebucket out. I think you'll find what you are looking for. It really does not matter whether you are looking for a gift for a two year old or a fifteen year old, I promise you that you can find what you are looking for. I know I have. I don not know what I would have done without savebuckets. As bad as I hate shopping, I would have gone absolutely crazy. Thank God for savebuckets.

Nasty weather could equal bad day...

It's been raining all day, which ruined my morning bike ride. I guess I could have ridden anyway, but I just decided to be lazy and wait on the Georgia vs Georgia Tech game. Georgia Tech has a great shot today, which worries me. They have a great running game that will help them in this kind of weather. Oh well, hopefully the Dawgs can pull it out.

Online degree...

Two of my best friends have been laid off now. One has got a new born baby boy. Both are hard working guys who have always worked for what they have; however, neither one of them have any kind of post secondary education. With the economy like it is, both are considering going back to school for a college or tech degrees. I know they are not the only ones going back to school because of being unemployed. The question is, what is the right and most secure field to go in to?

As I alluded to earlier, because the economy is so bad, it is really hard to find work; but with just a high school diploma or a GED, it is even tougher. If you are in this situation, you should visit degreehound.com. This site helps you find the best schools, programs, and schedules for your situation. There are several online degrees you can look over, research, and choose from. It lists schools with programs ranging from culinary arts to criminal justice to nursing. Nursing is one field that there is and will always be a demand for. It does not matter if you want an associate degree or if you want a doctorate, degreehound will help you find the right school and schedule for you. A degree will help your career tremendously.

Debt Consilidation...

How bad is this economic situation going to get? Does anyone really have a clue? There are some things that you can do to make your financial situation a little better, though. There is nothing worse than having to pay several different bills and each at a different interest rate. Really, when you think about it, interest is what really breaks. For example, imagine that you are paying your car payment at 6 percent, some other loan at 8 percent, and yet another at 7.5 percent. Would you believe that there is a better way to pay the bills.

It is much better to pay one monthly bill at one, lower interest rate. You can easily make one payment a month that equals or is lower than the 3 or 4 you were paying separately. But that's not it. With the extra cash you will have per month, you can double up on that one monthly payment, and pay your bills off suprisingly early. Believe me debt consolidation is better than other alternatives, including bankruptcy.

If you're struggling with too many monthly bills, then you should definitely visit www.bills.com/debt-consolidation. It's worth it. It will free up more money than you can imagine. It's worth a look

knee...

I guess it's the unusually cold weather we've been having, but my right knee has been killing me lately. I've tried stretching it, popping it and other stuff, but none of it works. I don't know what it it, but it's definitely hindering my regular exercises.

Prescription drugs...

As you well know, you can spend a ton on medicine. I'm always looking for ways to save money, especially with the economy like it is. Canadian Online Pharmacy safe, secure, and cost-saving way to get your medicine. It is not an online pharmacy, but it is a service that helps you find a pharmacy in a safe and trustworthy environment. Through this program, you can find fully licensed pharmacies worldwide that offer discount medicines.

This, believe me, is a great site. They guarantee you that they will have the lowest prices online, and they are willing to put money on it. They will beat any other licensed Canadian Pharmacy by 10% if you find a lower price for the same product. You can also make money here. They have a Online Pharmacy Affiliate Program
you can join to earn a little extra cash.

Cold Weather...

Well, it's that time of year again. If you hate cold weather, but like exercising outside, I'm not sure what to tell you; just bundle up and get after it. Cold weather should not be an excuse to be lazy.

Debt Relief

As you all know times are tough. The economy is in a downward spiral, and everyone is going to have to start looking for ways to cut costs and tighten up their budget. The people who are going to be especially affected by this are those who are already heavily in debt. As inflation rises faster than wages, these people will find it increasingly difficult to make their minimum monthly payments. There are several methods for these people to find Debt Relief. One option is credit counseling. Credit counseling organizations act as intercessors between you and those who you are in debt to. They usually try to get you a lower interest rate and eliminate the fees you pay allowing you to make your payments and get out of debt in about five years. Debt consolidation is another option. This option transfers the debt you owe to several creditors to only one. Meaning you only have one monthly payment instead of several, and many times this is at a lower interest rate. This is an okay option as long as you are disciplined enough not to increase your debt to those creditors you just freed up. Bankruptcy is a way to be rid of all of your debt; however, it will stay on your record for at least seven years and potentially impact all of your future financial and employment dealings. One final option is Freedom Debt Relief's Debt Reduction Program. Under this plan FDR acts as a mediator between you and your creditors. Unlike credit counseling organizations, they attempt to actually reduce your outstanding balance. They look at your debt load and come up with an amount that you need to save up in order to make a settlement offer to the creditors, and then they negotiate the settlement. Once the settlement is accepted and paid, FDR gets the creditors to report it to the credit bureaus as paid. So if you need Debt Relief in these tough times, you have several options, but I definitely suggest you try Freedom Debt Relief's Debt Reduction Program.

Shoes first...

One thing that can bring you down quickly is shoes that hurt your feet. I'm not only talking about when you're exercising, but I'm talking about throughout the day. Wearing shoes that don't fit, or aren't right for your foot, can effect the body in many different ways. It can cause back pains, shin pains, and of course, feet pains. After trying several different work boots, I finally settled on Justins. Believe me, you can hardly do anything productive if your body hurts because of your shoes. Anyway, after all that rambling, if you're trying to settle on the perfect work boots, you should check out workbootusa.com. It's offers many different boot options to choose from. It's a great site.

Hunting Binoculars

It is now deer hunting season here in Georgia. One of the most used pieces of equipment for serious hunters is a good pair of binoculars. Probably, the most widely known and reputable optic enhancing tool is the Nikon All Terrain Binoculars. They are rugged enough to withstand all of the abuse that comes with hunting, whether it is water damage or being dropped out of a tree. The Nikon binoculars come in many different models from full size to compact size to camouflage to vibration resistant models. If that is not enough to make you go and buy this necessary hunting tool then consider the fact that Nikon is giving away gift cards with qualified purchases of their binoculars. So if you buy a pair of Nikon binoculars now you can also get other Free ATB Pro Gear.

The Heart.

Everyone knows that it is very important to keep the heart as healthy as possible. That's one reason cardio exercises are so crucial. I have a couple of family members that have have several heart bypass surgery. One is doing great now, of course she still has to see her cardiologist regularly; the other hardly has the strength to walk around the house.

Watching two of my aunts struggle with heart problems has made me more conscience of taking care of my heart. The medical field has come so far with correcting heart problems in the past few years. A person can now have Robotic heart surgery, which is better than the traditional heart surgery. Recovery time is not as long, and the pain is not as bad.

If you need heart surgery, such as Coronary artery bypass surgery, I would suggest you visit www.umm.edu/ency/article/002946.htm for information.

Big Day...

Today is a huge day if you're a Florida or Georgia fan. I, as you may remember, am a Georgia fan. It should be a great game. I just hope the Dawgs can pull it out. I'm a littler nervous though.

Culinary School

Do you want a career where you can find a job almost anywhere you go? Do you know what the second largest industry in the United States is? The hospitality and culinary arts industry employs more than eleven million people today and is projected to create a total of thirteen million by the year 2012. Do you love to cook? Are you a creative person? Do you perform well under pressure? Are you a well organized person? If so, then a career as a chef in the culinary industry may be the choice for you. Chefs not only cook but also plan menus, direct food preparation, and estimate food requirements and cost. They are usually hired at restaurants, resorts, hotels, bakeries, catering companies, cruise ships, and other high end hospitatility locations. Chefs usually undertake two seperate types of training on the way to their professional career. They typically spend up to four years studying the art in a culinary school. After graduating from one of these schools, the chef then usually trains under a head chef for several more years. It is during this time that they perfect their cooking skills and often times specialize in the types of foods that they will spend the rest of their career preparing. However, the first step is picking the right culinary school for you. The Culinary Schools website has information about schools in your area, the programs they offer, and what others are saying about these schools. If you are interested in this industry then take a look at this site for more information about this exciting career.

Chicken Divan

I found this recipe for this healthy chicken recipe at FamilyEducation.com and thought I would share it here.

Chicken Divan

This version of the classic creamy chicken dish will be as welcome as the original!

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen cut broccoli, thawed
1/2 cups (8 ounces) diced cooked chicken breast
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1/3 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon (2 1/4 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Evenly arrange broccoli in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle chicken evenly over broccoli.
In a small bowl, combine chicken soup, skim milk, onion flakes, and parsley flakes.
Spread soup mixture evenly over chicken. Evenly sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.

Tips: 1. Thaw broccoli by placing in a colander and rinsing under hot water. 2. If preferred, a 10-ounce package frozen broccoli spears, thawed, may be substituted for cut broccoli. 3. If you don't have leftovers, purchase a chunk of cooked chicken breast from your local deli.

Real Estate

You may have heard that there is an economic crisis and global recession going on that was triggered by mortgage failures and the bursting of the real estate bubble. However, if you are financially able now is a good time to be a buyer in the real estate market. If you are a buyer then HomeCity is a good place to look on the web. They have listings as well as aerial photographs, slide shows, and virtual tours of Austin Homes For Sale. The site also gives information and tips on buying a home, selling a home, and qualifying and selecting a mortgage. So, if you are in the position to buy in the Austin Real Estate market, I definitely suggest you check out HomeCity for more information.

Go Dawgs

Georgia was victorious yesterday against the LSU Tigers. Now they have to face the Florida Gators in the World's Largest Cocktail Party. If they can beat them they will most likely have a spot in the SEC Championship and still be in the hunt for the BCS National Championship.

Saving money...

You do not have to be an economical genous to realize that our economy is struggling. In order to enjoy a day at the Sanford Stadium, as I mentioned in the previous article, I have to find extra things to do for a little extra money. I also have found other ways to save a dollar. I have started bargain shopping. Before, the prices of different commodities did not mean all that much; however, now, I find myself calling around to find out which place is cheaper. My wife and I make sure we check with each other to see if either of us need anything from a particular store in order to cut down on trips and save gas. I am, however, enjoying the fact that gas prices are coming down. I just hope people do not increase the demand. OPEC will undoubtly cut supplies next month.

My wife wears contacts, but at night, and sometimes on the weekend, she wears glasses. If you do not know, these things are not cheap, and I am talking about both contacts and glasses. We have found a great site to find good quality yet cheap eyeglasses. Zennioptical.com offers a variety of different eyeglasses with different shapes, colors and sizes. Keep in mind that I am not talking about just any reading glasses, but I am talking about stylish prescription glasses. Believe it or not, you can find good glasses for as low as $8. If you are an average American citizen as I, you need to cut cost as much as you can; so if you wear glasses Zenioptical.com is worth checking out.

Tough weeks ahead...

For the past two weeks, I've been to the Georgia Bulldogs game. As you may or may not know, I'm a huge Bulldog fan; however, they haven't looked impressive recently. Now starts the meat of their schedule...LSU then Florida. Maybe things will go in GA favor.

Halloween Costumes

It is getting close to Halloween. Now I do not usually go all out for this holiday. I can remember going trick or treating maybe four times in my whole life. The characters I dressed up as were Tweety Bird, a pirate, a Reese's Cup (it is my favorite candy, the costume was pretty lame complete with a scratch and sniff sticker), and a werewolf. The company I work for is participating in the local business trick or treat festivities for the kids in the downtown area. We are going to have a table set up and give out candy. The company is encouraging us to dress up in Halloween Costumes for this event. I have been looking around for the costume that fits my more reserved personality. There are always the traditional characters that I could go as such as pirates, cowboys, vampires, firemen, policemen, or doctors. I could also go as one of the characters from the latest movie such as Batman, Joker, Iron Man, Indiana Jones, or Darth Vader. I could also just keep it simple and put on a hockey mask as Jason Voorhies from the Friday the 13th movies. Probably the costume that fits my personality best is a hillbilly. I could have a lot of fun with it while keeping it simple with some overalls, brogan boots, a piece of straw to chew on or a corn cob pipe, and wear an old wore out hat or coon skin cap.

Healthy BBQ Recipe

I come across this healthy BBQ Recipe at Men's Fitness.

Insurance

One of the most important things in life is family. They are the ones that are always there, good times and bad, no matter what. One of the most important things you can do for your family is to have the proper life insurance to cover all of your family's needs in case the worst thing happens: your death. You want to make sure that your family will be able to make ends meet, pay the bills, and be able to continue with the same quality of life that they have been enjoying during your life. While most people carry burial insurance to take care of their funeral expenses, many people forget about the family needs after the funeral is over. Mortgage protection insurance is one of the most important types of life insurance to help out your family. Mortgage insurance is life insurance that will pay off your home mortgage at the time of your death. However, it is not just a piece of paper. This insurance is an investment in peace of mind. You will always be at peace knowing that your family will never have to lose its home, even if you unexpectedly die and the family income is drastically cut. In closing, everyone should examine carefully their family's needs and plan for the unexpected with the proper amount of life insurance.

Charleston

I vacationed in Charleston, South Carolina last year. It is a very beautiful place with lots of history. They also have a nice beach area and lots of other entertainment options. It got me thinking how it would be nice to own a vacation home there. So I started doing some dreaming and looking for Charleston Realtors. I found a website called clicksmart. It has a pre-screened directory of certified realtors in Charleston. All of the agents listed in the directory are licensed realtors and have completed at least ten transactions in the past year. For each agent there is contact information and also a short bio description telling there experience and areas of expertise. In order to find a good realtor and make sure you get the most home for your money, I suggest you look into working with a clicksmart realtor.

Inspiration

I won't go in to detail but the following scripture has meant alot to me in the past two weeks:

Colossians 3:23-24 (New International Version)
23Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, 24since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Romans 12:20-21
20On the contrary:
"If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."[e] 21Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Education

I have been thinking about furthering my education to help with my career. To be successful in today's business environment, education is key. I already have my bachelor's degree but research has showed that those with a master's degree will earn on average up to 170% more per year. Career-Education.net has information about various certificate and degree programs, both traditional and online, to help further one's career education. They have information about the fields of medical, education, technology, design, business, culinary, and legal. I am definitely interested in getting my master's degree online. From the data listed on this site, I am going to request information from the University of Phoenix Online, DeVry University Online, and South University. So whether your interest or career choice is a five star chef, a computer programmer, or an ultrasound tech you should check out the site for information about furthering your career with an education program that fits your needs.
