Bedbugs

Everyone, probably, has heard the "don't let the bedbugs bite" line. I used to think it was just a saying, but there are such creatures; and they can take over your bed. To read about this problem and bedbug treatment, you need to visit bedbugsguide.com.

Keeping Cool

I've been trying to find a ceiling fan to put in my living area. I do push-ups, sit-ups, crunches and curls there, and with the heat going, it get hot. Several ones have caught my attention, but none that I really liked. I finally viewed the ceiling fans at littmanbros.com and found a good price on one that I really liked. If you're interested you should check out the sign.

New Diet

I've started a new diet. I'm not so much trying to lose a lot of weight, rather, I'm just trying to be a little more healthy. Starting Monday, I have cut out sugars and bread. I eat meat, veggies, and fruit. We'll see how it goes.

Babywearing

My cousin is expecting her first child in May. Her and her husband are very excited and have already started buying baby clothes and accessories. They have even went so far as buying a stroller. I am going to suggest that they look into buying a baby sling. For those of you that do not know, baby slings are pieces of cloth that support a small child from a carer's body. The use of slings is called babywearing because when carrying a baby in this way it looks almost as if it is part of the wardrobe. It looks a little odd to begin with; however, this method of carrying a baby is becoming more popular and is even being recommended by specialists. Babywearing with a sling helps recreate the feeling of being contained in the womb for the baby. It also reportedly helps reduce crying and colic, enhances learning, and helps organize and regulate baby behavior. Not only does it provide these benefits, but it also allows you to carry your child and still have both hands free to perform other tasks. I am going to suggest that my cousin check out babysling.com. They have stylish, high-quality baby carriers, slings, and wraps. They carry all the major brands, such as hotslings, organized by price, style, or baby age. I definitely think this is the way to carry a baby, and I am going to introduce my cousin to it.

Say Uncle...

I am going to be an uncle. My older sister is have a baby girl in only two more months. I am really excited. There are so many things that I have been thinking about. I have actually already bought a few little outfits. She is going to be so pretty in her little Georgia Bulldog cheerleader uniform.

I actually recently visited a website, http://www.theretrobaby.com/, that have a cool selection of infant clothings. It is really neat. One of the coolest little outfits to me is the comic boy, or girl, outfit. If you like retro clothes, then you will love this site. Believe me, their selection of baby rompers is absolutely the coolest around. If you like comics, go with the comic boy romper I mentioned. If you a cowboy/cowgirl, they have the cutest western romper. I was raised in the country on a small farm. As I look around on this site, I can see myself as a baby and toddler in several of these outfits.

OK, back to my niece. My parents are so excited. She is going to be their first grandchild. My mother wants to retire and just keep the baby. My father acts like he could explode with excitement. While I not as excited as them, I will admit that I am excited.

No exercise 2nite...

Tonight is the last night of college football until September. I've already had a shower and am ready for the game. Everyone needs a couple of nights off. I've been looking forward to this one.

Treadmills

This time of year, at least for some, it is a little cold to be outside exercising. Snow isn't easy to run in. I wouldn't know, however, because I live in Georgia. But even here it sometimes get too cold to run outside. That when a treadmill is great.

Exercise is important no matter what the season is. There are so many diet pills these days, but none replace exercise. My cousin just got a new Smooth Fitness treadmill. She absolutely love it. When she get home from school, you can find her walking and watching tv. I always thought I would hate walking on a treadmill. Really it's not that bad if you've got a tv in front of you. It's really fun.

Back to the main point of this article; exercise is essential in healthy dieting. Just because the weather may not be favorable can no longer be a reason not to exercise. Read and research smooth fitness treadmills. I think you'll find that it's well worth your time and money.

ZeoCleanse

I have been researching health issues for a couple of years now, and I believe that toxins cause a huge problem in our health today. We are exposed to thousands of toxic chemical in the environment. We're exposed to fluoride and chlorine in water, pesticides and additives in foods, and other chemicals in the air. Believe it or not, it is not getting better.

There are ways we can protect our bodies. Zeolite is an antioxidant that reduce oxidative stress at the cellular level. It is, in my opinion, one of the best dietary supplement on the market. There are so many proven reasons why ZepCleanse is great. If you visit there site, zeocleanse.com, you can read all about it. I highly recommend it.

I would suggest that, if you are thinking about detoxification or just alternative health, do a little research on Zeolite.I don't think you'll be disappointed.
