Web Hosting

I have been doing some research on web hosting and come across a great site by Kaushal Sheth. It has a great post about the Best Web Hosting Company. They have done the research for you and have found that the best web hosting companies in their opinion are Host Monster, Host Gator, and Yahoo Host. They use Host Monster and have had no problem with it. They say that the price is reasonable, has good technical support, and rarely goes down. They give lots of good information about hosting and other web development information along with themes and templates to use with your own websites. I have been thinking about redesigning this site and their custom blogger templates look pretty good. So I might have to use one when I get ready to give Weight Master a facelift. I definitely suggest everyone check out Kaushalsheth.com.

Personalised Number Plates

I realize it has nothing to do with health, but I think some states in the United States have some pretty ugly plates. It's not a big deal, I know, but it just gets on my nerves. I like personalised plates. There is a site you can visit to check out and order, completely legally, personalised number plates. If you like personalised plates, check it out. It's a cool site.

Music

Let me start this post by saying that I am a fan of almost all music. I like country, gospel, contempory, rock, christian rock, and a little hip hop. My least favorite is rap, and I even listen to that every now and then. To tell the truth, I doubt I could name 5 rap artists; however I did stumble across a new, and pretty cool rap and hip hop site, rapartist.com. Check it out.

Be careful...

I know there are some times when you may need credit. I did. Right out of college, I couldn't finance my truck, because I had no credit and no one trusted me. You must be careful though. Credit cards and loans can cause many problems from stress to depression. I know a someone who stressed so much over credit problems, she constantly suffered from ulsers, migraiess, and other medical conditions. If you do need financial help, it is important to completely know what you are getting into. You should never get in "over your head." I did finally get a finance company to finance my truck at a ridiculous interest rate, but after a few months, I refinance at a much lower rate at a credit union. I now have very good credit. If you do need temporary help, try this payday loans archive, but remember, be careful and stay healthy.

shoulder workout

If you ever want a great shoulder workout, grab the jaws of life. Yesterday, we had a first responders refresher course, and I operated the jaws for about 10 minutes; believe me, that's a workout.

Cracking Up

Here's a little oyster joke for you guys. Two oysters bump into one another. One oyster says to the other oyster are you happy to see me or is that a pearl in your shell.

I do not know about you all but I love to eat oysters. I especially like to eat a good oyster stew. There is almost nothing better than some good fresh Gulf oysters. One website I have found helpful is BeOysterAware.com. It tells the benefits of eating oysters. It gives good recipes. The site also goes into detail about Vibrio vulnificus bacteria which can cause serious illness or death in at-risk individuals. So if you like oysters you should definitely check it out.

Happy Easter

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Easter.

I have discovered a wonderful opportunity and want to share it with you! I have found a reputable company, Procard International(if you want, check it out on BBB.net), that offers legitimate work from home opportunities. Finally, a company that does not require investment or purchase to get started! I have registered with this company, which allows me 7 days to check out the company and all it has to offer, including: product, pay structure, and various career opportunities and what is expected in each.

The single requirement to become an active associate is to find one person to purchase the product. The product is a discount plan membership that saves money on dental/optical/pharmacy services with an optional physician benefit. The plan is affordable and easy to use. I have thought that you may be interested in checking out this discount plan to see if it would benefit you and save you money. You can do this by visiting www.procardinternational.com and clicking on the Product tab. You will select Locate Providers. You may use the word NOMEMBER in all caps with no spaces and the number 500 as a group code. This will give you access to participating providers in your area. If you do contact a provider for any further information on savings for specific services, please use the network name the provider is affiliated with (which is located on the website) and not Procard International…the provider will not recognize our company name, but only the network name of which they are directly affiliated.

I hope that you will check out this discount plan to see if it will benefit you. There are absolutely NO hidden fees for anything and the membership is reasonably priced at either $23.95 monthly for the basic plan or $29.95 monthly to include the physician benefit. Perhaps, if you are not interested, you might know someone who would be. I would love to have their name and address so that I could send them this information as well. Who doesn’t want to save money? If you would please complete the form below and return to me, I would greatly appreciate that! Thank you for your time!

Trust me guys, it's worth cheching out.

I found the perfect exercise...

If you do not like running, walking, or riding a bike, try roller skating. This exercise is both a great cardio workout, and it also tests your balance. You can also buy a skateboard, or since it is almost summer, buy you a surf board. I just happen to like inline skating. I remember the first time I learned how to rollerblade. I fell so hard that I was shocked I didn't break something; however, now that I've mastered the art, I love it. It really is a thorough workout. The key is to find the ones that you are comfortable with. If you get the wrong pair, they will absolutely kill your feet. If you do decide to check this exercise out, visit modernskate.com and check out the K2 inline skates.

I'm sore

Ok, after a little while off, I finally got back to a little workout routine. I am hurting though; but that's good I guess. The old cliche is right I guess, "No Pain, No Gain."

Conductit

Do any of you guys have trouble getting the most out of your employees, well, if you are a manager. I do. I have had meeting, speakers, and a whole lot of other things. One I have looked into and am excited about trying is this software system used in training administration. The system is called Conductor Learning Management System LMS and it combines Employee Tracking, Curriculum Develpment, Curriculum Design, Training Scheduling, Training Tracking, Training Registration and Reporting in easy to use and trianing tracking software package. Really, this system is a great learning tool if you want to improve your administrative skills.

Stainless

One of my favorite things to do is chill around the stainless steel fire pit grill. That's what I enjoy to do on a Saturday night. One of the best stainless steel fire pits is the blomus stainless steel firepit. Blomus makes some of the best stainless steel products on the market.

If you're looking for a blomus stainless steel firepit, blomus stainless steel fireplace set, or even a blomus stainless steel teaset I suggest you visit thestainlesssteelstore.com. They have some of the best quality products on the net.

Insurance

If you are like me, insurance is not a friend of yours. Sometimes I simply hate it. I, well not me directly, but my family has had so much trouble with health insurance. Vehicle is ridiculous for younger males. I am twenty-six, and I still pay one-hundred twenty dollars for coverage; and life insurance is another problem. My state life insurance rejected my wife for a very simple problem that millions of people have and never have a problem with.

A lot of Commercial Insurance is a rip off. I did, finally get a good deal on life insurance with Woodmen for my wife. In fact, I am thinking about buying some. However, if I can consistenly work out like I am doing, maybe, and I confidently believe, that it will be a long, long time before I need it. I do hate, and I repeat hate, car insurance though. I just can not find a reasonable quote. I remember when I first started shopping for car insurance, State Farm quoted me over 400 dollars a month, and I have a completely clean record. No lie; I mean I do not even have one traffic ticket or tiny accident on my record. That is crazy. Anyway, that is my rant on insurance. Thanks to healthy eating and my workout routine, I hopefully will not need my life insurance anytime soon.

tired

Well, I'm fully recovered from the flu and back to my workout routine. Believe it or not, the flu can take alot of strength from you, and I'm worn out. I ran a mile, worked out on ab lounge, boflex and the ab ball. I'm ready to go to bed now.

Mortgage Crisis

There has been a lot in the news lately about the mortgage crisis here in the United States of America. There is hardly a day that goes by without something being said on the nightly news about the subprime lending mess or the downturn in the real estate market. However, the United States is not the only country being affected in this way. It is actually more of a global problem. Many countries are experiencing the same mortgage credit imbalances and housing market slumps. However, there is some encouraging news according to one Mortgage News Article at Money Magic. It declares that in the United Kingdom mortgage approvals actually increased in January. According to the British Bankers Association mortgage approvals rose from 42,343 to 44,288 from the previous month, but they are still thirty three percent lower than this time last year and half of the new lending in January was remortgaging. Allan Monks, economist at JP Morgan said: "With credit conditions likely to continue tightening, and the growing expectation that house prices will fall this year, we would still expect to see some further declines in house purchase activity looking forward." However, he added that the rising numbers may be signs that the UK may be close to the bottom of the current downturn. Let's hope that the encouraging news spreads throughout the global economy.
