The flu

Ok, I've been down with the flu for the past week. I gonna try to get by to the gym today, but I can tell you, I won't be working out heavy today. I'm really week. At least its a start though.

When you have the flu, some chicken soup can help and lots of rest. Good luck getting back to the gym!
