Eyesight

In my opinion, my eyes are one of the most important parts of my body. I can't imagine what I would do without my eyesight. That is one of the reasons I do everything I can to take care of my eyes. I wear reading glasses, but some reading glasses can get expensive. There is a place where you can get affordable glasses. I made this Great Discovry:$ 8 Prescription Glasses From Zenni Optical; everyone needs to check it out.

In the relatively recent past, food was universally recognized as the fruits and nuts that grow on trees, the vegetables that grow out of the soil, plus some fish and game. If you were to take a ride in a time machine and show our ancestors what we eat today, they would recognize very little of it. For the most part, it’s over-packaged, over-processed, over-rated and under-nourishing. Every day, we choose our future health and vitality by what we choose to put in our mouths. Three times a day we have the opportunity to act upon our resolve to experience optimum health and vitality . . . at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bon appetit. There is a site, savebuckets, that give you the opportunity to get the best prices on anything. All you have to do is type in the item you're looking for, from laptops to workout equipment, hit enter and wait for it to tell you where you can get he best prices. It works too. The next time you by that in-home gym, bo-flex, or ab lounge, visit savebuckets and get the best price available.

Snow

I do realize that several of you guys will be like, that's no big deal, but it snowed in Georgia this weekend. Some friends of ours went with us to Atlanta to help my sister move, and a snow storm hit. We wore short sleeves on Christmas day, and it snows a month later. It was fun though.

Pepperjam

Of all of the affiliate marketing enhancements, Pepperjam Network takes on the two main faults of most of the other existing affiliate networks. On of the main things that it addresses is the poor, totally unreliable communication tools. Another area that Pepperjam Network attacks is the lack of affiliate transparency. Recently Pepperjam released a press release that I found interesting. In this press release, Pepperjam Network explains things that I have no idea how to explain. To avoid looking like a complete idiot, I will just paste the press release below. Read carefully, slowly if necessary, and understand the information. Just relax, read and try to enjoy.

Press Release:

Pepperjam Announces Launch of Next Generation Affiliate Marketing Network

Pepperjam, a two-time Inc. Magazine fastest growing company and industry leading full-service internet marketing agency, today announced the launch of Pepperjam Network, a proprietary next generation affiliate marketing network.

If you are an advertiser or affiliate and would like to sign-up for Pepperjam Network please visit www.pepperjamnetwork.com.

“Pepperjam Network represents an evolution in affiliate marketing. The creation of Pepperjam Network represents eight years of research and development and the combined ideas, feedback, and intelligence of hundreds of affiliate marketers and advertisers. Pepperjam Network will forever change the face of affiliate marketing by putting power back in the hands of affiliates and advertisers to build long-term, profitable partnerships through better communication tools and transparency,” said Kristopher B. Jones, President & CEO of Pepperjam.

Among a variety of affiliate marketing enhancements, Pepperjam Network addresses the two primary shortcomings of other existing affiliate networks, namely (1) poor, unreliable communication tools and (2) lack of affiliate transparency. With Pepperjam Network, affiliates and advertisers can communicate in real-time via Pepperjam Chat™, thereby providing a reliable communication system to build stronger, more profitable partnerships. Pepperjam Network also provides advertisers with an unprecedented measure of affiliate transparency, which helps to establish trust, protect brand integrity, and lays the groundwork for open, long-term, profitable relationships.

Pepperjam Network also introduces pepperjamADS, which is a first-ever affiliate marketing widget that affiliates can use to serve customized contextual ads from one or multiple Pepperjam Network advertisers at the same time.

Pepperjam Network was designed to make the experience of affiliate marketing profitable and educational, with the goal of allowing affiliates and advertisers to truly understand and maximize the critical affiliate marketing channel.

Unlike the traditional networks, Pepperjam Network uses Web 2.0 technology to provide affiliates and advertisers with an easy-to-use, cutting-edge interface designed to facilitate and optimize the affiliate marketing process. For instance, Pepperjam Network offers industry leading source-level tracking and reporting - this robust technology is especially beneficial to search marketing and sophisticated super affiliates that want to take advantage of the most up-to-date technology available to track commissions at the keyword level.

Here is just a sample of what many industry experts are saying about Pepperjam Network:

“Even after all these years using Commission Junction on the merchant and affiliate side, I still find it terribly clumsy to find what I want. With Pepperjam Network it is quick and easy. Pepperjam Network is what an affiliate network would look like if it were built from a wish list from both the affiliate and merchant perspective,” said Shawn Collins, Cofounder of Affiliate Summit.

“As both an advertiser and a affiliate, I am on the lookout for affiliate marketing systems that meet all our company’s needs. Pepperjam Network is without a doubt the most comprehensive, practical and useful affiliate marketing system I have seen to date. Pepperjam Network demonstrates that it is possible to combine style with substance in a network that provides site owners and advertisers with tools and resources to increase their bottom line,” said Joel Comm, New York Times Best-Selling author and CEO, InfoMedia, Inc.

About Pepperjam:

Pepperjam is an industry leading full-service internet marketing agency offering marketing services and advanced technology in the areas of pay-per-click, search-engine optimization, affiliate marketing, and online media planning and buying. The company was founded in 1999 by internet marketing expert, accomplished speaker, and published author Kristopher B. Jones. A.I.

Ok; tonights the first night of the new season of American Idol. I am ready. I love the show. I know it's getting old, but I love music, along with exercising. Good luck to the contestants.

Who likes to vacuum??...

I do not. In fact, there is not many house chores that I do enjoy; however, vacuuming with a Dyson is not so bad. Dyson, in my personal opinion, is by far the best cleaning system on the market. It is so easy to use the Dyson vacuum cleaner. Not only is easy to use, it is also very healthy. There are several different models from the light weight Slim to the Cyclone. Unlike most vacuums, the Dyson also helps purify the air. The Dyson is good for pet owners, allergy sufferers and it's good for all kinds of floors. They're definitely worth checking into.

How to Burn Fat and Drop Pounds

- Choose a weight that is heavy enough to challenge your target muscles, but not so heavy that your joints feel strained. Since you will be moving quickly through the moves, choose a slightly lighter weight than usual. Start with dumbbells that are at least 3-5 pounds and gradually work up to using six to 15 pounds, depending on the exercise.
- Do not use weights during the cardio bursts. If needed, modify the high-impact movements, such as the jacks, and make them lower impact by performing the same movement without jumping. Move for one minute (or less if you are just starting) and try not to pause between exercises. Of course, if you feel tired or out of breath, slow down.
- Start by performing one complete circuit: Do each cardio burst, followed by a strength move, then move on to the next set. Do each cardio burst for one minute, and perform 15 repetitions of each exercise,. Move quickly when performing each strength move, but do not swing the weights. If you can swing them, your weight is too light. Once you’ve cycled through all six exercises, repeat the circuit for a total of two to four cycles.
-Do this workout two to three times a week with a rest day in between.
Modify this workout to match your fitness level. Follow the recommended moves, or adapt them as needed by clicking on a similar exercise that is easier or more challenging.

What you need: Weights, a step or bench, and good pair of sneakers to provide support during the cardio bursts.

Vision Bedding

How much time do you spend in the bedroom? I try to get seven to eight hours of sleep every night. Now, I do not always get that much, especially during bowl week, but it is healthy to get at least close to that. Now, as I am sure you can tell, I am a guy, so interior designing is not on my list of top priorities, but I do like my house neat and clean. Just like most people, I am more relaxed in an environment that I am comfortable with and enjoy.

I recently saw this site, Custom Bedding, that's very cool. This site uses the most up to date technology to turn your digital pictures into blankets, throws, and bedspreads. Custom Bedding is their specialty. You can save and pass down your memories on a blanket. That is pretty cool, uh? I think so. I just wish I had discovered this site before Christmas.

Now I know you're thinking, "what does this have to do with health?" Anything you can do to help relax yourself or to be happier is healthy. That is a fact. Just check out the site.

Excuses...

I hear excuses all the time as to why people don't exercise; however, there should be no excuse except for extreme situations. Here are a couple of reasons I heard earlier this week and reasons why they are poor excuses.

Excuse: I've tried to exercise in the past and failed
Don't throw in the towel! You can't see it when you lower your cholesterol or reduce your risk of diabetes, but that doesn't mean you aren't doing yourself a great favor. Re-evaluate what went wrong, and learn from your mistakes.
Pace yourself. Start small and build up to more intense workouts later, when your body is ready.
Set realistic goals. Don't promise yourself you're going to work out for an hour every day, and then get down on yourself when you fall short. Stick with goals you can more easily achieve, such as exercising 20 minutes a day, three days a week for the first month.
Remember why you're exercising. Use your personal fitness goals as motivation — and reward yourself as you meet your goals.

Excuse: I can't afford to buy fancy exercise equipment or join a health club
You don't need a membership at an elite gym to get a great workout. Consider common-sense alternatives.
Do strengthening exercises at home. Use inexpensive resistance bands — lengths of elastic tubing available in varying strengths — in place of weights. Lift plastic milk jugs partially filled with water or sand. Do push-ups or squats using your body weight.
Queue up an exercise video. Try videos on dance aerobics, cardio-kickboxing, yoga or tai chi. For variety, trade exercise videos with a friend or check out the options at your local library or video rental store.
Start a walking group. Round up friends, neighbors or co-workers for regular group walks. Plan routes through your neighborhood or near your workplace, along local parks and trails, or in a nearby shopping mall.
Take the stairs. Skip the elevator when you can. Better yet, make climbing stairs a workout in itself.
Try your community center. Exercise classes offered at your community center or recreation department or through your local community education group might fit your budget better than an annual gym membership.

Tupelo Kenyon presents How to Live the Life of Your Dreams Through Intuition posted at Tupelo Kenyon, saying, "Intuition feels good. That should be enough of a clue it's something that can be trusted. But, our culture has done a thorough job of instilling doubt about the wisdom of following our instincts. Instead, we are taught to think things through and be logical. These mental tools are important, but they were never intended to be used instead of intuition. They work better when used in conjunction with intuition. If we are open to it, we get nudges and insights to move us in the direction of our greatest joys, our most valuable contributions, and our most satisfying life. Those quiet whispers and gentle taps on the shoulder are examples of inner guidance in action – intuition. LED Lights

Now that Christmas is over many of us are taking down the lights that we spent hours hanging up. However, just because Christmas is over that does not mean that you have to put those lights up and not use them again until next Christmas. There are countless applications for stringed holiday lights. You can use them to brighten up your landscape, as accent lighting on your home or for your business, or as decorative lighting for other occasions such as parties, weddings, or other holidays. If you have LED lights, you can continue to use them throughout the year at little cost. The cost to operate 2000 LED Christmas lights for 8 hours a day for 365 days is about $50. The durable lights are nearly indestructible and will last for more than 50,000 hours. So do not just pack those lights up until next Christmas. Find new and unique ways to use them throughout the year.
