Shoes first...

One thing that can bring you down quickly is shoes that hurt your feet. I'm not only talking about when you're exercising, but I'm talking about throughout the day. Wearing shoes that don't fit, or aren't right for your foot, can effect the body in many different ways. It can cause back pains, shin pains, and of course, feet pains. After trying several different work boots, I finally settled on Justins. Believe me, you can hardly do anything productive if your body hurts because of your shoes.
