Honestly, with the all of the extremely important news and events happening in not only the United States but the world today, it pays to keep up with all the current news. There is always some new something happening that seems to change things every day. One day we're suppose to drink a lot of water to help lose weight, but the next week it is unhealthy. But there's other things out there that I think about besides health stuff. The oil prices are completely ridiculous, Carter socializing with terrorist is unacceptable, and the potential of Obama being the United States, in MY opinion, is scary.
