20 Healthy Tips...

1. Exercise 30 to 60 minutes each day.
2. Eat three healthy meals during the day, including a good breakfast.
3. Focus on fruits and vegetables.
4. Weigh yourself regularly.
5. Don't keep comfort foods in the house.
6. Plan a family activity.
7. Eat healthy foods first.
8. Pay attention to portions.
9. Create opportunities to be active.
10. Sit down together for family meals.
11. See what you eat.
12. Vary your activities.
13. De-stress your day.
14. Eat at home.
15. Plan healthy snacks.
16. Start your day with a high-fiber breakfast cereal, such as bran flakes, shredded wheat or oatmeal.
17. Walk for 10 minutes over your lunch hour or get up a few minutes earlier in the morning and go for a short walk.
18. Plan a week's worth of meals at a time.
19. Look for a distraction when you're fighting a craving.
20. Reward yourself.

I agree with every thing you say except, I try to do 5 smaller meals a day focusing on smaller meal sizes seems to work better that way.
