Stretching...

I found out an interesting fact. A study was done with aroud 1600 men who were split into 2 groups--stretching group and a non-stretching group. There were no significant difference in injuries. The only difference was the level of fitness. And I always thought extra stretching prevented muscle and ligiment injuries.

My client Rick said he didn`t strech before he started spliting wood ,and he pulled some back muscles that put him down for several days.but you make up your own mind it`s your body....
