Routine

Some guys and I came up with a way to workout while at work. It is easy and only takes 2 minutes out of each hour tops. We work 4, 10hr days. Every odd hour, we do a set of pushups and every even hour we do a set of pullups. I've worked up to 700 pushups per day and 70 pullups per day. Believe me, it works.
