Stretching

The importance of stretching is often overlooked. I know that since I've been doing the pushup/pullup routine, I've seen a difference. Warming up and stretching not only helps limit pulled muscles or injuries, but it help with flexibility. It also helps your muscles to adapt and form to the change they are going through. The important thing is to not overlook the value of stretching.
