Alzheimer's is a devastating disease that affects millions in the United States. You may remember an earlier post where I talked about a lady I know that has Alzheimer's, but if you do not remember I will retell her story. There is a lady at my church that is suffering the early effects of Alzheimer's. There are times when she forgets where she is or just stares into space. She also forgets who people are including her immediate family. She also understandably seems to suffer from depression and cries a lot. I feel sorry for her and her family, but I try to do my best to encourage them or help them any way I can.

One of the biggest problems facing those suffering the effects of Alzheimer's is receiving quality care.
