Charleston

I vacationed in Charleston, South Carolina last year. It is a very beautiful place with lots of history. They also have a nice beach area and lots of other entertainment options. It got me thinking how it would be nice to own a vacation home there. So I started doing some dreaming and looking for Charleston Realtors. I found a website called clicksmart. It has a pre-screened directory of certified realtors in Charleston. All of the agents listed in the directory are licensed realtors and have completed at least ten transactions in the past year. For each agent there is contact information and also a short bio description telling there experience and areas of expertise. In order to find a good realtor and make sure you get the most home for your money, I suggest you look into working with a clicksmart realtor.

Inspiration

I won't go in to detail but the following scripture has meant alot to me in the past two weeks:

Colossians 3:23-24 (New International Version)
23Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, 24since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Romans 12:20-21
20On the contrary:
"If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."[e] 21Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Education

I have been thinking about furthering my education to help with my career. To be successful in today's business environment, education is key. I already have my bachelor's degree but research has showed that those with a master's degree will earn on average up to 170% more per year. Career-Education.net has information about various certificate and degree programs, both traditional and online, to help further one's career education. They have information about the fields of medical, education, technology, design, business, culinary, and legal. I am definitely interested in getting my master's degree online. From the data listed on this site, I am going to request information from the University of Phoenix Online, DeVry University Online, and South University. So whether your interest or career choice is a five star chef, a computer programmer, or an ultrasound tech you should check out the site for information about furthering your career with an education program that fits your needs.

Wakeboarding...

I love water. One of my favorite summer spots is the lake. I could stay all day in the lake. One thing that is very fun but also one of the greatest workouts you can get is skiing. It test you balance, leg strength, shoulder strength, arm strength, and grip. There is something that I have yet to try but would love to try. Wake boarding looks really fun. I've watched people and talked to friends who have wake boards. They say it's a blast. My friends that have the wake boards love and highly suggest the Ronix wakeboards. I guess when I can afford one, I'll learn how to wakeboard.

worried

I'm a little worried about my Dawgs this weekend. Alabama is a lot better than Saban and most people give them credit. I think the Dawgs are the better team, but I'm not sure if they're mentally ready yet. I sure hope so though.

What do you notice?

Whay is the first thing you when you look at a person. I must confess that one of the first things that I look at is the person's teeth. Now that doesn't determine whether I like the person or not, it just happens to be one of the first things I notice. I'm also self-conscience about my teeth. Healthy teeth are important to me. Taking care of your teeth is not only important for young people, but it's even more important the older you get.

Lumineers by Cernate are porcelain veneers that offer the painless way to a permanently whiter and perfectly aligned smile. This has been used by several celebrities, and it is definitely worth checking out. Dental veneers are safe and healthy ways to take care of your teeth while giving you a bright, white smile. Cosmetic dentistry is worth checking into. I'm going to.

Back...

I've never had any kind of back problems, until yesterday. I was putting back on the back right tractor tire, and I pulled something. I don't think it's serious, but it's just really sore. I think a little stretching will work.

Tactical Police Equipment

If there is a profession that does not get the respect that it deserves, it is, in my opinion, police officers. Now I realize that there are lazy and big-headed officers, but that is in every profession. I believe that police officers should be equipped with the very best on the market. 5.11 Tactical has some of the best equipment on the market. You can order some of the finest police gear there including knives and tactical clothing. They also have free shipping on all orders over $50. So if you are an officer or just interested in the gear, check out 5.11 Tactical Outdoors.

Sports

It has been a good sports weekend for me. All of the teams I root for (University of Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Falcons, Miami Dolphins) won this weekend. Not only did they win, but they won big and all played impressively. Let's hope they all play this well next weekend as well.

Medical Alarm...

If you are reading this and have a elderly loved one that requires a lot of help, you need to pay attention. Actually, this could also be helpful for anyone who is dependant upon others. It is nearly impossible to be right at their side 100% of the time; so we constantly worry about whether or not they will be ok when we're gone. There is no complete comfort.

There are ways you can ease your mind, though. You may be aware of a couple of great medical alarms available at brickhousealert.com. As I said, it isn't complete comfort, but it helps ease the mind when you can be alerted if something happens.

One of the devises is a fall alert detector, and it alerts emergency personnel that the person has fallen. This is a detector in the house, and it doesn't even require the push of a button.

Also they have a GPS tracking bracelet. This 2-way speakerphone is used like a cell phone so that they can for help. With this device, the wearer can be found in cases of wandering due to Alzheimers.

If you feel that you need some kind of medical alarm, you should really check out brickhousealert.com.

Moving Dirt...

I've found a great new workout plan. Have a couple of loads of dirts dumped in your yard, and then use a shovel, wheel barrow, and a garden raked to spread it. It's great exercise. I have, however, gone back to the tractor with the front-end loader though.

Credit...

As I have talked about before, one of the unhealthiest things a human can deal with is stress. It can cause weight gain, weight loss, heart problems, anxiety, and that is just a few things it can cause. Probably the leading cause of stress is finances. I know sometimes finances completely consume my mind. Trust me, no mater how bad off you think that you are financially, there is always a way out. Just be patient, spend conservatively, and do not give up.

I remember when I graduated college, I found out that, during a time when I had had a MRI, I was not covered by my then insurance, BlueCross BlueShield. I called them, and they told me that I had not been paying my premium. I very quickly faxed them everyone one of the previous 6 months check stubs that I had paid them. After investigating, they called me and told me that they had mistakenly misapplied my payments, but that there was nothing they could do; so I had a high medical bill and a student loan to pay off; I didn't give up and I paid them off in a year and a half.

I saw a site and was curious. This site has a credit IQ test. I wanted to see what mine was, so I took the test. It ask questions about credit cards, making timely payments, etc. I made a 92. You should try it. It also offers advise and debt help. Just remember stress is bad and unhealthy, and you do not need to be unhealthy.

Go Falcons

I'm a huge Falcon's fan, and today was opening day. Of course my friend and I went. What a great game. Turner had 220 yards on 22 carries, a franchise record. Oh yeah, we had to walk a little way in the blistering heat, so we got our exercise also.

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty is one of the most common cosmetic surgeries performed today. Rhinoplasty is plastic surgery of the nose and is sometimes referred to as a nose job. People have primary rhinoplasty for many reason including aesthetics and breathing difficulty. Those seeking the surgery for aesthetics are seeking to improve their appearance and self-confidence by changing the way their nose looks. Those with breathing difficulty use rhinoplasty to correct internal airway obstruction from deviated septums or collapsed valves while others use it to relieve allergy and sinus disorders. Secondary or revision rhinoplasty is used to correct problems from a previous rhinoplasty surgery. The most common areas of dissatisfaction that require a second surgery are an oversloped nose, nasal hump, twisted nose, and persistent breathing difficulty. As with any type of surgery, especially cosmetic surgery, a thorough physician consultation is necessary. For more information please see the Institute for Rhinoplasty and Nasal Reconstruction, the premier center for rhinoplasty in the country.

Magnet Therapy

I do not know if you guys are familiar with magnet therapy or not but it is an exciting all natural remedy for healing of inflamed painful joints, chronic ear ringing, back & neck pain, sleep problems, sports injuries, and weight control. Magnetic therapy works by promoting the proper balance of electromagnetic ions in the body. Many essential functions in the body including cellular transfer of oxygen and nutrients, waste elimination, maintenance of the immune system, and the complete operation of the body are the responsibility of these voltage forces. When magnets are applied to injured or problem body parts, they restore the ions to their proper level helping to improve oxygen and nutrient transfer as it relaxes capillary walls, surrounding muscle and connective tissues. Relief Organics is a company that offers certified magnetic therapy products specifically designed for different ailments such as joint pain, sleeplessness, ear ringing, and back and neck pain. If you are suffering from these types of problems and are looking for an all natural solution, then you might like to look at Relief Organics for more information about magnet therapy.

Men's Health

I have discovered a website that I feel will be important to our readers here at Weight Master: Center for Men's Health. This is a website that attempts to deliver quality men’s fitness and health care online. We all know that most men will not go to the doctor unless it is absolutely necessary, especially when it is dealing with what can be embarrassing issues that only affect men such as erectile dysfunction. So what this website has done is allow men to get quality health care from the privacy of their own home over the Internet from a qualified physician. They specialize in men's health supplement products, particularly those to increase sexual health such as cialis. They also offer products designed for smoking cessation, Chantix, and those to aid in hair loss, Propecia. They offer specials on medications and every medication that you buy comes in a package that includes the prescription drug along with a physician consultation. The online ordering process is completely secure with a 100% financial guarantee. The site also offers much detailed information about men's health issues including erectile dysfunction, smoke cessation, hair loss, and other general fitness information. For all the male readers that are interested in men's health topics and would like to get fully credentialed physician treatment from your own home, I definitely suggest you check out the Center for Men's Health.

Sore

After a day at the lake, I'm very sore. The lake was so busy because of the holiday. The water was so choppy I didn't ski, but we tubed. We tried all different kinds of stuff on the tube, and some of it didn't turn out too good. I got beat up something awful. I'm bruised up, but it was a great workout.

Men's Health and Beauty

Many times, when we think of Health and Beauty products we automatically think of women's products. However, men have needs for these type of products as well especially when it comes to grooming. It is important for men to develop good grooming habits that consistently represent themselves the way they want to appear. Shopwiki has guides that offer advice and tips and product reviews in different areas of men's grooming. Shaving is probably the first thing you think of when thinking about male grooming. Whether you want to be clean shaven or have a neatly trimmed beard it is important to have the correct shaving products. Hair care is another area that is most often linked to women, but guys you should keep that hair neat, trimmed, and in order to present a consistent look. Finally, you do not only want to look good but smell good as well. However, men's noses are not as sensitive as women's and it is easy to over do it with after shave or cologne. Understated is the key when using scents. Hope these simple grooming tips and Shopwiki help you become the slick, well groomed, man-about-town that you want to be.

Hurricane

God bless everyone in the gulf region, especially New Orleans. We will be praying for everyone in the path of Hurricane Gustav. Also, Hanna looks to affect the east coast later in the week. So everyone please be careful and take the proper precautions.
