Welcome to the 30th Edition of the Weight Management and Fitness Forum. We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We know that many of us struggle with diets, exercise, and weight gain over the holidays. It's tough keeping up a fitness routine over the holidays! Just don't give up and try to sqeeze in some type of exercise. Go for a little walk or do some crunches in what little downtime you get!
