A friend of mine doesn't like drinking water, but she knows that a certain amount is healthy. What she does is buys this "flavored" water so she can tolerate it; however, I've tried to explain to her, and I'll tell you who do the same, flavored water and water are NOT the same. While most are relatively harmless and can help get you hydrated—since they taste good, you’re apt to drink more—no manufactured drink rivals the natural benefits of pure water.
