A perfect trip...

Everyone needs a vacation once in a while. Nothing refuels the mind like some time off. One of the best vacation spots in the United States of America is St. Augustine, Florida. St. Augustine is the nation's oldest city. Not only is it a beautiful and relaxing city, it is also a perfect shopping city.

Now, if you love festivals and arts and crafts, then, believe me, you will not want to miss the last Saturdays in October and November in St. Augustine. During this time, the focus is on amazing shopping opportunities for all of you antique shopping gurus. On those evenings, not only is antique shopping great, but the antique district along San Marco Avenue livens up with great street music. Some of the great items that can be purchased here are antiques, of course, rare books and authentic Spanish treasure. Several worshops are offered covering a variety of antique related topics. Book reading and signings take place at the book stores, and art galleries have exhibit openings of great Florida artist.

Events in St. Augustine on place October 27th and November 24th are like none other. Uptown Saturday Nights in St. Augustine, Florida on October 27th and November 24th create festive atmospheres filled with hospitality and special deals. So when you are thinking of a getaway, consider these dates at in St. Augustine, Florida.

Beauty

Have you guys ever thought about how the idea of "beauty" has changed over the years. I mean, in ancient times, the perfect man was sculpted and a beautiful woman was "plump" even fat. Even earlier in the 1900s, most beautiful women had more meat on their bones. Today women think they have to be what I call "model" skinny. In my opinion, and according to fact, this is unhealthy, but to each his own.

Cosmetic surgery is more popular today than it has ever been. There are many reason people have cosmetic surgery. Some do it for health reasons and some just to feel good about themselves. Choosing the right doctor to do the surgery is incredibly important. John Ryan is one of the best surgeons alive. He works out of the UK, but, for the right cosmetic surgeon, distance should not be an issue. If you are looking for the best UK Tummy Tuck, take a look at mya.co.uk.

GO DAWGS

OK; I know that it may not have a lot to do with fitness, but the Georgia Bulldogs played great Saturday verses the Florida Gators. After years of disappointment and frustration, Saturday was a great day for me. GO DAWGS!!!!

Writing and PowerPoint Presentation

Can you imagine not having to write a term paper or a book report? What if you had someone to edit your paper? How much time could you save and have to spend on the finer points of your projects. There is a site that offers this very service. MasterPapers.com offers students the opportunity to outsources their papers and presentations. For example, if you had a PowerPoint Presentation due, just contact MasterPapers and let them work. It is definitely worth the money.

Pain

Yesterday, when I was running, I had a new pain hit me. I'm not sure what it was. I was starting on my second mile, and from the left side of my neck to almost my left eblow starting hurting. It was just a sharp pain, and, as long as I held my arm up, it didn't hurt. I finished the second mile, and went inside the gym. All of my vitals were good, so I'm not sure what it was. It was weird though.

TutorVista

If you are anything like me, and I'm not all bad, you sometimes have trouble focussing. I remember when I was in school how I could hardly motivate myself enough to study at home. This would sometimes result in below acceptable grades. I would love to have had a tutor.

TutorVista gives students that opportunity. It is the leading online tutoring company in the world. They offer an unlimited monthly tutoring package for only $99.99 a month for all subjects, and people can use it 24X7.

Just imagine, if you are having problems in math or algebra or just need homework help, all of your tutoring needs can be found at the online tutoring leader, TutorVista.

Sales Training

One profession that I have always thought I would enjoy is the profession of a salesman. I like the idea of controlling the amount of my own paycheck; however, I do have a problem. I am not a great-not even a good-salesman. I tried saling Rainbow Cleaning systems one time. I did not do too bad, but it just did not work out for me. I needed more extensive sales training. It was good exercise, because I was constantly lifting and carrying that system.

Sales Training Courses UK is a site that offers great and thorough sales training. This site started out as a plumbing training company around 3 years ago; however, after plumbers started requesting more information about how to become better salesmen, Sales Training Courses UK expanded into sales training. If you're interested in sales but have little experience, check out Sales Training Courses UK .

Cartridge Finder

How many different kinds of printers are there in the world? Does anyone know? I do not think it is possible that someone could find out, but with all the different kinds, it is hard to find the right cartridge. There is good news, though. A Cartridge Finder site does exist. This site helps you find the right cartridge at a great price. With Cartridge Finder, finding a fax or printer cartridge is not hard at all.

Fat Shot?!

I, along with many others, would love to have a few fatty spots just zapped away. When I logged on today, I noticed an article on the MSN that caught my attention. It is an article about shots that are suppose to get rid of the fat wherever you wish. It has not been studied or proven though. I've included the link to the article. Read it and tell me what you think.

Mortgage Broker

I am certain that each one of you guys are, at least, a little bit familiar with the situation of the and, more specifically, the housing industry. As you all are aware, the housing market continues to keep higher property prices, and it has become more and more difficult for a first-time mortgage buyer to secure his or her initial home. Mortgage lenders usually would expect a deposit of some amount before they would even consider offering reasonable mortgage terms in return; but if you are looking for a Mortgage Broker that will help you overcome all of the usual and almost expected obstacles, you should take a look here. This is mortgage broker INDEPENDENT financial advisors (not salesmen) on every call, and it is well worth your time to check out.

Ways to stay injury free in the gym...

Even the minor injuries suffered while working out can cause major problems. I've come up with a list of 5 things to do to try to avoid injuries in the gym.

1) Always perform a thorough warmup.

A proper warmup is the single best thing you can do to minimize your risk of injury. This simple 15-20 minute process will prepare your mind and body for the hard work to come by increasing blood flow into the surrounding connective tissue and by lubricating your joints. I would recommend that you perform 5 minutes of light cardiovascular exercise before each workout followed by 4-5 warmup sets for your first major exercise of the routine.

2) Always train with proper form.

This should go without saying. Every exercise that you perform in the gym should be done with proper form and technique in order to keep the stress off of your joints. If you start squatting or deadlifting with a rounded back, jerking the weights around in a ballistic manner or performing dangerous exercises you are almost guaranteed to hurt yourself at some point.

3) Always train within your own personal limits.

Weightlifting is a personal battle, and letting your ego take over is almost always a recipe for disaster. It doesn’t matter what the guy next to you is benching and it is completely irrelevant to your training program. You must always use weights that you can handle and control with proper form, and if you start piling on the plates to impress the people around you, you’ll be stretching your limits and putting yourself in a very vulnerable position.

4) Always know when to quit.

If you cannot complete another rep of an exercise using proper form, the set is over, plain and simple. Put the weight down and rest up for your next set. If you start using huge amounts of momentum and jerky body motions to crank out a couple of extra reps, you’ll be on the sidelines before you know it.

5) Never ignore your aches and pains.

When you’re motoring along through a training program and are making progress from week to week, the idea of quitting just seems impossible. This can sometimes lead us to ignore those obvious injuries and pretend as if they aren’t really there as we often “work through” the pain and hope that it magically disappears.

Need help??

I realize that sometimes it can be stressful, which is very unhealthy, when money gets "tight". Emergencies and other unexpected expenses can easily happen, and hardly any emergency money can be found. I've been in that position. It doesn't feel good at all.

There is help though. Now I'm not one to encourage or promote debt, but sometimes loans are necessary. If so, you should check into Payday loans. This is just a helpful cash advance that, if handled properly, can offer the help needed and be a stress reliever.

The next time you're in a financial bind, visit cashadvance1500.com. You should remember, this serves as temporary financial relief and should not be viewed as a means for quick, extra cash.

Staying mentally and phyically healthy

Just like brushing your teeth, healthy habits should be cultivated on a daily basis. The following is a guide to daily tasks:

1. Activity should be a daily occurrence. Walk, run or jump for a minimum total of 20 minutes a day.

2. Protect your skin. Sun block should be applied on face, neck, arms and hands even in the dead of winter. It protects against climatic toxins too. Moisturize skin daily.

3. Eat fruits, vegetables, grains, low-fat dairy products and small amounts of protein. Avoid sweets and other processed foods.

4. Meditate or spend a minimum of five minutes daily in quiet time.

5. Find your spiritual self. Discover what inspires you, raises your level of consciousness, motivates you, and satisfies your soul.

6. Exercise your brain. Read, study, solve problems, and learn new skills. As does the body, the brain atrophies with lack of use.

7. Hug somebody.

Jewelry, Jewelry and more Jewelry

As I am certain, everyone one knows that the key to a woman's heart, or most women's hearts, is jewelry. I know my fiance loves it. It is the present "make-up" present. JrDunn is a wonderful online jewelry store that offers many types of jewelry from beautiful engagement rings to certified diamond studs. I highly suggest that all jewelry lovers visit store.jrdunn.com for any jewelry needs.

Key to a Healthy Life

Relaxation - The key to healthy life

Result shows that just 15 minutes of daily relaxation can aid in the complete avoidance of blood pressure tablets. No amount of exercising and dieting alone can ensure that. Diet and exercise reduce stress levels, but they cannot wholly account for our emotional thought patterns. And thse negative emotions that are mainly accountable for many psychosomatic diseases.

Research studies have documented positive changes in the blood flow, neurochemistry as well as neurophysiology of the brain when one is relaxed. The blood flow to the brain is increased to those regions of the brain that are associated with feelings of being calm. So, to ensure the complete health quotient, one needs relaxation as much as one needs physical exercise and a proper diet.

TOP TEN RELAXATION TIPS

1. Do what you love daily, like listening to your favorite music.

2. Devote time to a hobby.

3. Look at some old photographs of an occasion that was full of fun.

4. Be with nature any time of the day.

5. Establish contact with old friends.

6. In the afternoon, take a 20-minute nap.

7. Sit on a chair with your feet touching the floor and your back upright. Focus on anything or any sound for three minutes.

8. Once back from office, as you step into your home, just sit for 10-15 minutes doing nothing. You may switch on the television or listen to some music if you so prefer.

9. Breathe deeply while listening to your favorite music.

10. Press under the big toe and the arch of your foot.

Comfortable Sleep

One thing that I know I do not get enough of is sleep. Sleep is very important for good health. As you may recall, I'm getting married soon; so I'm looking for new furniture. When it comes to picking out a bed, comfort is a must. I visited a site that has great deals on queen beds, king beds, sleigh beds, and beautiful canopy beds. Before buying your next bed, visit furniturefromhome.com.

The Fair

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I had a busy but great one. It was the week of the Perry Fair in Georgia, and Saturday evening we went to hear Chris Daughtery. I don't know who all likes him, but he is a wonderful singer. I don't think he really showed his range when he was on AI. He's a great performer also.

I definitely got my exercise while walking around the dang park. I kinda felt bad. I paid $1 to walk through and see the supposingly shortest woman alive. It was really a waste of a dollar, but I had to see her; I was disappointed. Anyway, after walking around for 2.5 hrs and standing/jumping at a rock concert for another 2.5 hrs, I felt like I'd been to the gym.

Ashop

I've been interested in creating my own online store; however, I haven't been able to find the software that I like. Just yesterday, I came across some great shopping cart software. As anyone can tell, I do not know much about ecommerce software, but Ashop is extremely easy to understand and set up. Ashop Commerce, http://www.ashop.com.au, is web based, so no installation is required; it's affordable, accepts credit cards online, provides thousands of features that are easy to use, offers fully customisable design, and, best of all, offers a 10 day FREE trial. At Ashop Commerce, merchants can build an online store that is competitive with the webs most powerful sites for a simple, low monthly fee. Ashop Commerce is one of the most intuitive shopping cart software in the world, and it provides the most modern and relevant advice you need to start or advance your online business. If you're interested, or think you might be interested, in creating an online store and need great shopping cart software, you should definitely visit http://www.ashop.com.au.

Don't get too comfortable...

I truly believe that, in order to have an effecting workout plan, you must mix it up. In other words, I try not to do the same workout regime more than 2 months running. By doing this, you keep your body shocked. That's just something I do.

Whogets-online game show

There is a online game show called whogets.com. It is free to play with nothing to buy or spam to receive. All you have to do is sign up. Here's how it works. After signing up there are many contests you can choose from. Each contest has two rounds. In the first the prize is displayed and you choose whether or not you want to enter to win the prize. At the end of this round seven contestants are randomly chosen to go the next round. In this round those seven contestants write a brief explanation as to why they want or need the prize. Then all other members vote on who they think should win. The contestant with the most votes wins the prize. You might want to go join whogets.com online game show. It's free and there is a good chance of winning something.

Important Exercises

Exercises are generally grouped into three types:

-Flexibility exercises, such as stretching, improve the range of motion of muscles and joints.
-Aerobic exercise, like walking and running, focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance.
-Anaerobic exercises, on the order of weight training, functional training or sprinting, increase short-term muscle strength.

A combination of these exercises should be included in a well balanced fitness program.

Aerobic Exercise
should be done 4 - 5 times a week. Generally a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes per session. Once you have base training behind you, consider adding interval training (covered in another section) to make your aerobic exercise more effective.

Strength training
use resistance -to strengthen and condition the musculoskeletal system, improving muscle tone and endurance.
Muscle burns fat. So when you build muscle, you burn fat even while you are relaxing.
You should plan on doing your strength training workout a minimum of 2 days a week and, ideally 3 days a week.

Anaerobic Exercise
Anaerobic exercise is exercising at high intensity levels for shorter periods of time. An example would be running 8 all out sprints during your workout, each followed by a period of 30 seconds or more recovery time.

Best Strength Training Exercises

1. Squats.
Why They Rock: Most trainers agree that squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Squats work your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves all at once.

2. Push Ups.
Why They Rock: Push ups, like squats, are compound movements using almost all the muscles of your body. You'll work your chest, shoulders, triceps, back and abs.

3. Lunges.
Why They Rock: Like squats, lunges work most of the muscles in your legs including your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves.

4. The Plank.
Why It Rocks: The plank is an isolation move used in Pilates and Yoga and works the abs, back, arms and legs. The plank also targets your internal abdominal muscles.

5. Lat Pulldown
Why It Rocks: The lat pulldown works on the major muscles of your back, which helps you burn calories and, of course, strengthen your back.

Price Pfister Faucets

I guess, as a guy, one thing that I am not great about is decorating--especially the bathroom and kitchen; however, my fiance recently informed me that before we got married and she moved in, I had to replace the bathroom faucet. I visited the familiar stores, but I found the best deals and widest variety online at Price Pfister . This site offers a wide selection, fast delivery and great prices.
