Classic Beef Stew

It had been way too long since I cooked anything. But when I took those last few vacation days off from work at the last minute, I decided that maybe I would do something different during my staycation and try to cook something.

Once I started looking for that, I had a lot of fun looking through all of these recipes before deciding what to actually make. At first I thought about just doing a fun dessert, but I decided that I should could an entree too, at least. When i was searching for an entree to fix, I came across some stuff about high speed internet systems and after I looked through it a little bit I decided to sign up for a new internet service for my apartment.

I settled on a beef stew recipe because I thought I'd be able to eat off that for more than one meal during my staycation and it would be a great meal for this time of the year and I was right! What made it even better was that the only work I had to do doing my days off was cooking.
