high fever and rash
a bluish color of the lips and skin

Beach bikes

One of the best and most enjoyable aerobic exercises that you can perform is riding a bicycle, and one of the most beautiful places to ride a bike is at the beach. The wind resistance by the coastal breeze also helps you build your leg muscles. One of my favorite types of bikes to ride at the beach is the chopper style bicycles. Skipping Breakfast

Breakfast is too easy and beneficial a meal to pass up in the mornings. As you sleep, your body’s metabolism slows down, so when you wake up, your body needs food to get your metabolism going again. When you skip breakfast, your energy levels suffer.
