Sun Spots

As we age, one of the things most adults experience is sun spots. Sun spots are those dark spots on your skin that can look like small circles or even larger blotches. Some people call these age spots or liver spots, but they are actually caused by overexposure to the sun. As we age, our skin is subjected to more and more sun damage. Our skin has what is called melanin pigment which absorbs sunlight and helps naturally protect our skin from UV rays. Melanin is what causes our skin to darken or tan when exposed to the sun. However as we age, our skin's natural ability to fend off UV rays from the sun begins to deteriorate, and sun-damaged skin produces abnormal amounts of melanin resulting in the development of age spots.

Luminaze is a sun spot remover that is clinically proven to work better and faster than the leading prescription ingredient. Luminaze works by using an enzyme that targets melanin, the cause of sun spots, and breaks it down. Because the enzyme targets only melanin, it is safe, does not harm any other part of your skin, and promotes an overall even skin tone by only targeting the excess pigmentation.

I started using Luminaze about a month ago. I have several dark spots on my hands and one on my cheek. I use the two step lotion twice a day after washing. It is very gentle, does not dry out my skin, and feels rather clean when applying to my skin. After about seven days it seemed that I could tell the dark spots on my hands were becoming slightly lighter. Now after thirty days, the dark spots are noticeably lighter. The spots are not completely gone away. However, the one on my cheek does not stand out near as much as it did, and my face has a much more even skin tone. The sun spots that I have are much lighter than they used to be, and I am very pleased with the results I have experienced with the use of Luminaze. I suggest you give it a try if you are experiencing problems with sun spots.

Wetsuits

My buddy and his wife recently went on a cruise to the Caribbean. They had a wonderful time and took lots of beautiful pictures. One of the things they did was go snorkeling. It looked like a lot of fun. They actually wore wetsuits and had an underwater camera they used to take lots of pictures of small fish around a coral reef. They said it was a little cool and that was one reason they decided to wear the wetsuit. The water was so clear anyway but being able to snorkel and have your head underwater they were truly able to experience the beauty of that coral reef ecosystem. They took pictures of fish, octopuses, and what looked like the remains of some small sunken ship. If I ever go on a cruise to that area of the world, I definitely think that snorkeling is one activity I want to try.

National Championship

The BCS National Championship is starting. I'm hoping to see a good game. I don't really care who wins just want to see a little more exciting game than the first matchup earlier in the season. Congratulations to both teams who are both very deserving of a national title.

Rental Properties

Content by Donny Vinson

My husband and I own several rental properties near the beach. We try to keep the properties updated so that we continue to have a lot of renters. We get asked a lot of questions about the amenities that our properties offer. One of the most requested amenities is cable tv. People who rent always want to make sure that they will have access to cable tv. I guess part of their vacations include being able to relax and watch any shows they want to. When my husband was setting up the utilities in our properties, he found a few different cable tv packages. We needed cable for several properties, so we wanted to find a good deal. We used a package that was the most reasonable for his money and would give renters a wide range of tv channels to watch. I am glad that we decided to use this package. All of our properties are always booked and they probably would not be if we did not have cable. Although, I’m sure that the beach view helps keep them booked too.
